How to Style High Waisted Jeans
High waisted jeans are my favorite style of jeans. You can dress them up and down while hiding your fupa. I can't stop wearing this light wash pair I got from HM in NYC earlier this year. They fit like a glove. Below are a few different ways I style my high waisted jeans.
Look 1: Daytime Chic
You cannot go wrong with a t-shirt and a pair of jeans. I got this cute vintage t-shirt from my friends at MadeALikeStyle.com. Isn't it cute? The girl pictured on the t-shirt is Wright twin's grandmother. I love the picture for that very reason, it reminds me of my granny as a child.
I chose to complete this look with a big, red bag and red strappy Steven Madden heels. Then added a pop of color with my favorite MAC Cosmetics lipstick, Ruby Woo.
Look 2: Casual Date Night
I was in love with this polka dot cami from Modern Society as soon as I laid eyes on it. The polka dots and lace scream date night. I think it's perfect for an end of summer evening look. Where would you wear this look to?
I paired this cami and high waisted jeans combo with a red chain bag and red strappy Steven Madden heels. You could play this look up more with a top knot and chandelier earrings.
