8 Ways To Level Up Your Self-Care
Taking care of your mind, body, and soul is VERY important. My favorite forms of self-care are beauty maintenance and creative expression. It’s not selfish to love yourself and to take time out to look and feel your best, it’s necessary. You can’t pour from an empty cup.
8 Ways To Level Up Your Self-Care:
Drink more water. Water aids in skin, hair, and nail health. I’m obsessed with my Stanly cup. It helps me drink 120 to 160 oz of water daily.
Spend quiet time with God (pray, meditate, etc.). Here are my top 7 devotionals for women in their 20s.
Invest in beauty maintenance. Inexpensive at-home facials and pedicures go a long way.
Invest in your craft. Explore a new hobby or area that interests you if you don’t have one. Change is good for the soul.

Organize your space (bedroom, bathroom, closet, etc.)
