White Blouse + Blue Shorts + Strappy Heels

I am in absolute love with this look because it sorta just happen. I wouldn't ordinarily flock to hanging earrings or a button down blouse, but it just works. I mean it really just works. Ha. The hot pink lipstick and polish set off the white blouse. I'm always surprised by what just works in my life.

Often times relationships, outfits, promotions and even hairstyles end up "working" out even when we doubt their success in the beginning. It takes faith to make jumps out their with a fresh look or perspective, but I say "jump anyway."

Recently, on snapchat I've decided to share "keys to success" and positive affirmations with my followers. I truly believe that I can do anything I set my mind to if I have a plan and am willing to put in the work. This applies to my business, job, relationships and even body. We all have free will to work or to rest when things need to get done. What are you using to occupy your time, space and energy? Are you wasting your craft by being lazy?

You can be everything that you've ever imagined. I never thought that I would still be blogging or even working in social media, let alone have a salary position with paid time off. But God granted me these things to inspire other women to chase after what truly matters. The purpose of your life isn't about you, it's about helping someone else fulfill their dreams. Take the leap of faith necessary to grow into the beautiful creation that you were always means to be. It will be scary and it won't always feel right, but that's growth.

Growth and faith go hand in hand. I wasn't sure that I'd like my outfit, but I decided to take the leap and throw it on anyway. Apply that to your life, what leap do you need to take? I know this is a style post, but my perspective is to choose you. Be brave and rock your hanging earrings and hot pink lipstick.
