High Waisted Plaid Pants x Off the Shoulder Top

Fall fashion is finally here. I was going through old pictures and stumbled upon this high waisted trousers look. I snagged these pants from H&M last fall along with this top from Forever21. This year, I'm looking for more flirty blouses and high waisted trousers. What's on your fall shopping list?
